If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps to initiate a return and request a refund.


Return Eligibility

Products can be returned only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Significantly different from the description shown on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • The return request must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Please note: Custom-made, personalized, or specially requested products are non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Pictures of the product (in case of damage or defect)

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.


Inspection & Approval

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for defects, damage, or usage.

  • If the product passes inspection and meets return criteria, the refund process will be initiated

  • If the item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return may be declined


Refund Process

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to defective products or wrong delivery, Healthy Nutrea will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, if the product is already in production or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
